Harris’ Inclusivity Mobilizes A RECORD SIX POINT MARGIN!
Trump Mono-color, Biden-Harris Rainbow
Kamala Harris has just pulled ahead of Trump by a record six points, according to a Morning Consult poll (more below).
In the above picture of the Trump Cabinet and the Biden-Harris Cabinet, we can see one of the main reasons for the growing gap: there are two different Americas in the minds of the Parties.
Here is how the Cabinets play out in terms of representation:
Both under-represent the reality of America for Women, but the Harris cabinet did a bit better. The only other anomaly is the Biden-Harris over-representation of Blacks and Asians. The Democrats are leaning over backwards to ensure that these groups get as fair a deal as they can.
They also do a better job including Women…and of course their presidential candidate is a woman. Who is also Asian.
That is a whole different mind-set from the Republicans. Can you see a world where Donald Trump steps aside for Anyone!? He buried his wife on his golf course. No doubt so he can mourn her as he waddles past.
Missing in the table above is a figure representing the stability of leadership: the turn-over in Trump’s “A-Team” of 65 executive staff was 92%.
40 of Trump’s 44 top cabinet officers refused to endorse him this time.
His vice president hasn’t even endorsed him.
Americans are responding to the Biden-Harris real-world view of their lives. They can see America in the Biden-Harris mirror. They can have their positions represented in a group of decision-makers who include their reality.
The Republicans live in a different America – one where the cotton bends in the breeze and the mint juleps come out in the evening, served by women or other slaves who agree with everything the White men say.
This is where that view is getting them today:
Drilling down a bit, we see that Black voters are responding to the representation they obtained:
To quote the poll:
“Harris leads Trump by record margin: Harris leads Trump by a record-high 6 percentage points among likely voters, 51% to 45%, up from a 3-point advantage before their debate last week. Her 51% of support among likely voters, which is also at a record high, is driven largely by her best figures to date among Democrats, Biden 2020 voters, liberals, women, 18- to 34-year-olds and millennials.”
It attributed the lead to the way Harris dominated Trump in the debate, her overall image, and a growing trust in Congressional Democrats over their Republican counterparts to handle a variety of issues, including immigration.
The key demographics for Harris’ support are those found in the Democratic Cabinet, including women is surging. Her 51% of support among likely voters, which is also at a record high, is driven largely by her best figures to date among women, Blacks and young voters.
But does a picture of Trump’s cabinet represent the reality of the Republican Party? Perhaps we are maligning them…
As it turns out, no.
The Republican Party vastly under-represents Black and Asian groups.
It also completely casts off groups like the LGBTQ…unless you were shown a picture of JD Vance in his drag days, or without a beard, which makes him look like he is wearing eye liner…
But the point is: the make-up and representation of the leadership group has a lot to do with the richness of opinion and imaginative array of future goal-getting options available to the nation.
The Democratic surge in the polls is threatening to wash over states like Alaska, which had last voted Democratic 60 years ago.
Trump is now trying to drum up Republican outrage about the two assassination attempts on his life. It could be argued that the second one did not really take place…it was more of a concept of an assassination attempt.
Anyway, there are two flaws with this:
1. The assassins were Republican or Republican-tinged; and
2. Trump himself made it legal for them to carry their guns and point them at him.
Trump ended the laws that prevented the mentally ill from owning guns.
So in a sense an assassination would be more like assisted suicide.
And, of course, Republicans are the ones that continues to spew hateful and violent diatribe.
Furthermore, as Donald keeps saying about mass murder in schools, shootings are a fact of life, and we should just get over it. Hopes and prayers.
Some are trying to stir up a conspiracy theory by asking how the assassin knew Trump would be on the golf course. Seriously: where else would he be?
And if Republican dogma were to be followed, the assassin should have been taken care of by all those other citizens wearing guns.
If the citizens are among those who attend a typical Republican presidential rally these days, though, the protection will be pretty thin. Here’s a picture of one of the latest JD Vance crowds:
No doubt it will be better under the Republican Project 2025 plan, which as you can see emphasizes inclusivity:
Of the 30-some authors of Project 2025 – the Republican plan for a future America that is without social security or other essential freedoms – only four are (White) women…the rest are all White males.
It’s hard to say for sure in some cases, though. Project 2025 Co-Author Mike Howell loves being in drag…though Project 2025 condemns drag culture and the LGBTQ+ community.
The really interesting thing about Project 2025, though, is that all the co-authors wrote it without any sense that others (normal people) would find it repulsive, barbaric and abhorrent.
The US Right-Wing people are so out-of-touch that they are living in a world of fantasy grievances and weird economics.
Even the Republican media like Fox are now actually airing news about the number of Republicans that have deserted Trump. The news was delivered by the Fox clone-group of White women reporters…
This is the Republican ideal of “inclusive”.
As an aside, I wonder why so many of those blonds dyed their roots dark?
But any day now Trump is going to reveal an amazing plan…we just have to wait "two weeks" to hear it.
Unless Kamala is right. She said that Trump would rather complain about a problem than muster the energy to fix it. She reminded everyone in the Debate that Trump often invokes an issue like immigration not as a problem to be solved by his Plan, but as a tactic to scare voters.
Except that he told GOP members of Congress to vote against a bipartisan bill that would have increased the numbers of border patrol agents.
He not only has no solutions, but he blocks solutions when others propose them.
And Kamala was right to tell the Debate audience: “the one thing you will not hear him talk about, is you."
The Democrats are about everybody, and they include everybody. And it’s showing in the polls.
Trump cannot turn that around. He is only about himself, and that is permanent.
For those who are like him – White and repressive – that’s fine.
But as it is increasingly clear, there are fewer of those every day.
It won’t get any better for him.
So be there when the new America catches up with Donald Trump.
Vote.
Thanks again for another interesting and informative articles,
Massive election interference could create his feared outcome.
